If you are unable to isolate or find it we recommend running all taps to help the leak slow down until and engineer arrives. We understand that you may have some questions that’s why we have put together a list of frequently asked questions.

Yes, We charge £80.00 Plus Vat which includes the first hour. With emergencies our aim to isolate leaks to protect the property. We may have to return to do a repair which will be a separate charge.

Your main stop tap is usually under your kitchen sink, garage or a downstairs toilet.

You will normally have an external stoptap located on the pavement near your property. You will need a long stop tap key to turn it off as it will be normally located at least 750mm below the ground level.

You will need to contact your water supplier to assist you.

If you have a leak that you cannot isolate open all taps to help reduce the water pressure and flow, try your best to control the water with towels. Call an emergency plumber to attend.
