Standard Rate: Applies between 8am - 5pm. For our boiler, heating fault diagnosis and emergency callout there is a minimum charge of £70.00+ VAT (£84.00) for up to the first hour. Each additional hour will be £50.00 +VAT (£60.00). The charge is proportionate after the first hour. The charge applies to fault finding and visits on a day work.
